The ERP industry software KUMAVISION project365 was named a finalist in the ERP System of the Year 2023 competition. The award was given in the category Cloud, the industry software from KUMAVISION is one of the three best solutions in this category. The ERP System of the Year competition is organized by the Center for Enterprise Research at the University of Potsdam in cooperation with the Berlin GITO publishing house and the specialist medium ERP Management. The celebratory award event took place on September 6th at the Industry 4.0 Center in Potsdam.

“We are very pleased with the excellent placement in this renowned competition. The finalist award impressively shows the advantages offered by the combination of industry-specific best practice processes, a contemporary SaaS operator model and the versatile Microsoft platform. Congratulations to our project365team that made this success possible through their enthusiasm and know-how,” explains Norbert Küchler, head of project service providers at KUMAVISION.

The SaaS solution KUMAVISION project365 scores with quick deployment from the Cloud, a short project introduction with the KUMAVISION SmartStart method, easy scalability, automatic updates and a user-friendly interface. The target group of the industry software includes engineering offices, consulting companies, software houses and other project-based companies such as planning offices, architects and energy project developers. Numerous best practice processes enable a short time-to-value because extensive adjustments are unnecessary.

In order to take part in the final, the companies had to qualify in advance. An independent jury with digital and industry experts from consulting, science and journalism evaluated the submissions for the ERP system of the year. The focus was on innovative functions and special unique selling points. A total of eight criteria were used for the evaluation, including industry suitability through specific functions, architecture and interfaces, research and development and ergonomics. Three further evaluation criteria (specific customer benefits, experiences and satisfaction with the selected ERP system, introduction procedure with the selected ERP system) are collected through customer surveys. KUMAVISION was able to completely convince the jury and is one of only three companies that made it to the final round. Kevin Totzauer and Christopher Ehm from the project presented a digital pitch365-Team presents the industry software for project service providers.
