KUMAVISION Customer Forum 2025: AI, data quality and digital processes in focus

Experts agree, for once: AI is here to stay. The focus of the two-day event in Stuttgart was, logically, artificial intelligence and the diverse possibilities it opens up for the use of KUMAVISION industry solutions. In specialist presentations, user groups, and panel discussions, not only current developments related to KUMAVISION's ERP solutions were presented, but the potential of AI was also discussed in detail. In addition to increasing productivity and reducing employee workload, the focus was particularly on better decisions with better data and intelligent risk avoidance.

KUMAsphere Experience: Hands-on AI

A visitor magnet was the newly designed KUMAsphere experience, which vividly demonstrated how AI can already be productively integrated into business processes today. Whether ERP, CRM for Sales, Marketing and Service, SharePoint, or Teams: Visitors experienced firsthand how the virtual AI assistant Microsoft Copilot simplifies everyday work, accelerates and automates processes, and opens up new possibilities for data-driven collaboration. A particular highlight for many was the fact that Microsoft Copilot can already be used productively today and is already included as standard in KUMAVISION solutions. Test stations offered the opportunity to work on typical practical use cases with Copilot and gather ideas for their own company.

Data quality as an indispensable basis – not only for AI

"No future without good data" – under this title, Matthias Sartor, CEO of KUMAVISION AG, emphasized in his keynote speech why data quality is a strategic issue for companies. Only those who rely on valid data can fully exploit the potential of AI and automation while simultaneously avoiding the stress and risks associated with missing or outdated information. Numerous practical examples from KUMAVISION's AI incubator demonstrated how data quality can be improved with AI – and what impact this has on daily work. The customer interviews on stage illustrated why this is a key success factor for successful software projects. The clear message from those involved: The decision to use the Microsoft platform lays the foundation for more efficient business processes and end-to-end transparency within the company.

Networking, exchange and new impulses

In addition to the technical program, the customer forum once again offered numerous opportunities for exchange with experts, industry colleagues, and the KUMAVISION team. Whether in user groups, during the coffee break, or at the shared dinner – the event once again served as a platform for new ideas, inspiration, and concrete solutions to current challenges.
