After a successful launch of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, we are still here for you. Our support is at your side with help and advice. With GoToAssist, KUMAVISION offers fast and easy online support - anywhere, anytime.

KUMAVISION support concept

We also pass on our extensive experience in project implementation to you in the support area. After the productive start, our support concept seamlessly complements the project methodology KUMAVISION target, with which your project was successfully introduced. Our service account managers (SAM) are available to you in case of support.

Service Account Staff

Our SAMs take your message or request as a ticket with classification and prioritization. All tickets are transparently managed in our customer portal. Our support staff already ensure a high solution quota due to their qualification focus within the first-level support.

If a first-level support solution is not available, the SAMs have access to all project managers, consultants, and second-level support developers. The respective assigned ticket number informs you by e-mail about all activities until the completion of your report. But our SAMs do more. They are the mouthpiece for the customer and provide you with timely and proactive information about upcoming updates and current topics.

With the support package you choose, we offer a variety of services such as:

  • Remote maintenance connection to the customer systems
  • Availability of support at defined business hours
  • Online access to the ticket system
  • Display and print your open and completed tickets
  • Keep the current NAV customer database at KUMAVISION
  • Care of discontinued versions
  • Cyclical on-site appointments through your Service Account Manager (SAM)
  • Update information on all products via the customer portal
  • Providing training webcasts
