Astrid Füllemann

Job Title: Consultant

Location: Mark village, Germany

Start at KUMAVISION: 1999

Responsibilities: Presales, Advice, tenders, trade fair work

Astrid initially worked as a sales assistant, today she is a consultant at KUMAVISION. What has not changed in all these years: the good cooperation between colleagues.

"How did you find out about KUMAVISION?"

Through a recommendation, I learned from KUMAVISION and that there was a vacancy that suits me. That's why I applied immediately and have been working for KUMAVISION since 1999.

"What do you remember when you think back to the beginning at KUMAVISION?"

On my first day at work, I was warmly welcomed by the then 20 staff. A beautiful feeling that has been preserved in our company to this day.

"What was the best experience at KUMAVISION?"

I especially remember the first company outing with my colleagues. We took part in an exciting rafting tour on the Inn and then celebrated in a hut. It was an unforgettable weekend!

"What is particularly important to you in your work environment?"

That I feel good and that I enjoy my work. Of course, human interaction should not be missing.

"Have you already taken advantage of KUMAVISION training opportunities?"

I have already participated in some training during my time at KUMAVISION. The speech training with Robert Spengler was particularly insightful and left a lasting impression.

"Have you worked in various areas at KUMAVISION?"

At first, I worked as a sales assistant. Then I became assistant to the management. There I got involved with my marketing orientation and now I am a consultant. So I've been around quite a lot in our company.

"What makes working at KUMAVISION special for you?"

The cohesion and team spirit among the employees inspire me again and again.

"How do you experience the interaction between the employees?"

Overall, I find the cooperation and the mood very productive and relaxed, we work very well together in teams - that's what sets us apart.

"How are your colleagues?"

Consistently competent, everyone understands his job. I can not say anything else.

"Which of the offered job benefits do you use?"

Personally, I think the job wheel is a great idea. I can use this for a professional job, on the other hand in my free time.

Barbara Aichinger

Job Title: Principal Consultant

Location: Mark village, Germany

Start at KUMAVISION: 1996

Responsibilities: Professional support of sales and projects in the field of technical wholesale.

Barbara has been with KUMAVISION for a long time, saw the company grow and experienced many fun company outings. What time has taught her: The colleagues are only human - with their strengths and weaknesses.

"Why did you apply to KUMAVISION?"

I first met KUMAVISION as our software provider. When I decided to switch jobs, I could choose between two NAV partners in my region - I chose KUMAVISON.

"What were your impressions on the first day of work?"

Oh, that was so long ago. When I started, we were really still a small company.

"Have you worked in various areas at KUMAVISION?"

I started my career at KUMAVISION as a project assistant. Then I worked there for some time as a project manager. But soon I supported the sales department in the implementation and preparation of presentations as well as the preparation of trade fair participations. At some point the point came when KUMAVISION had grown significantly: From this point on, the two areas of project management and consulting were no longer so easy to reconcile. Finally, I decided to consult and today I am very happy with my decision.

"What makes you proud of your work?"

I am proud when we were able to win an order and then - after an exciting project phase and successful software implementation - our customer is satisfied with the final product.

"How do you experience the interaction between the employees?"

All colleagues are friendly, open and helpful. This is also one of the points that I particularly appreciate about my work here: the mutual cooperation.

"With which three words would you describe KUMAVISION?"

Dynamic, sometimes chaotic and always human!

"What do you like about your work?"

The variety - each customer is special in its own way and each project always brings new challenges with it, which we solve in close consultation with the customer.

"Did you already have training opportunities?"

Over the years, I have participated in many training courses on a wide range of topics. I particularly like to remember a rhetoric and body language training that was really enlightening.

"How are your colleagues?"

These are all human beings - everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. As you work together for a long time, you get to know each other better and know how best to communicate with each other so that every project has a good result.

"What was the best experience at KUMAVISION?"

There were many beautiful and funny moments. The company outings that we used to take were especially fun. But unfortunately we're too big for that today. That's why we have other employee events today, which are always nice.

"What are your personal interests?"

My passion is diving. I like being underwater - that's a completely different world, so you get away from everyday issues. Of course diving always includes traveling to holiday destinations where you can literally "put your head under water". It may also be quite another destination, because in addition to the diving I take pictures passionately. The great thing is: Of course, you can also take pictures underwater, so the two hobbies can be wonderfully combined. Underwater are very special photos of animals and plants that many people have never seen.
