For students

The school successfully completed and now looking for the next big step towards the future? If you are also interested in software, then apprenticeship at KUMAVISION is the right choice! But most of the time it does not stay there: We take over the majority of our trainees and continue to accompany their careers for many years.

Or rather a study? We can also offer that. With a focus on computer science, business administration or software engineering. Theory and practice can be optimally combined in the dual study program and offer the perfect start into professional life.

Apprenticeship Businesswoman

Educational backgrounds:

  • Industrial Clerk / Industrial Clerk (w / m)
  • Businesswoman for Office Communication (w / m)

Duration: 3 years (shortening to 2,5 years possible)

Qualification: Fachhochschulreife or Realschulabschluss or a comparable or higher degree, IT-affinity desirable, English language skills are an advantage

The perfect entry

As a trainee at KUMAVISION, we support you with a variety of offers to make it easier for you to start your career.

Apprentice meeting

Once a year our big trainee meeting takes place where apprentices and trainers play minigolf, bowling or other leisure activities together. Fun is guaranteed!

Instructor meeting

Also once a year, all instructors meet at KUMAVISION to exchange experiences and to further their education.


Regular feedback discussions at the beginning of the training as well as at any time on demand provide an overview of one's own performance as well as an outlook on further training.

Apprentice Meets

At apprentice sets, all trainees of a location meet twice a year to exchange information about the contents of the training and to network with other trainees.


In addition to clear orientation plans, we facilitate our apprentices' entry into KUMAVISION through sponsorships. Older trainees take over the sponsorship, offer an open ear for questions and pass on their accumulated experience.

Start as Young Professional@KUMA

Be part of our Young Professional Program and develop in 15 months to Consultant in one of our Business Units.

During a three-month classroom phase from October to December at our headquarters in Markdorf you will learn everything that our consultants of tomorrow will need. Besides technical and methodical competences your soft skills will not be neglected.

Afterwards, as part of our varied and challenging program from January to December, you will work your way through various company divisions that will give you the greatest possible insight into the project development & consulting processes of KUMAVISION. An experienced senior consultant will assist you in word and deed and support you in successfully putting your theoretical knowledge into practice in customer projects. In addition, you will deepen your acquired knowledge in a team project with other program participants.

In addition, central training, events and team events take place at regular intervals.

At KUMAVISION, the professional and personal development of each employee is promoted. Together with our employees, we set our goals and development paths annually, offer employee appraisals on a regular basis, and a firmly established assessment and promotion cycle.

Depending on your individual strengths, we offer you two different career paths: In the professional career, you establish yourself as an expert in your specialist field, whose knowledge and skills are appreciated and sought by colleagues. In the management career, on the other hand, you will be given responsibility for personnel: First, you will be responsible for a small group of employees as a team leader. Later, with appropriate qualifications, the leadership career can also be extended to the management of an entire department.
