Retail software sends digital receipts directly to the smartphone

Whether Click & Collect or Endless Aisle: Customers do not want to do without the convenience of online shopping even in brick-and-mortar retail. So there is a demand for contemporary concepts that offer a seamless shopping experience that perfectly complement each other online and offline. This also includes customer-friendly payment systems up to digital receipts, which are also an environmentally friendly alternative to receipts on thermal paper. At EuroShop (Hall 6 / Stand C68) from February 16 to 20, ERP specialist KUMAVISION shows how easy it is to create digital receipts with the retail software LS Central and the anybill app for smartphones.

Voucher at the push of a button

The connection of the retail software LS Central to the anybill app makes it possible: digital receipts can be transferred directly to the customer's smartphone. The basis for this is the integration of the anybill app, with which customers can receive and manage digital receipts. The process is convenient and simple - for both customers and employees: after the payment process, the barcode displayed on the customer's smartphone is scanned and the digital receipt is transmitted. It does not matter whether the process takes place at the checkout, at a service point or directly after the consultation on a tablet. Because the retail complete software LS Central also supports mobile PoS solutions that enable location-independent advice right through to sales. The only requirement: The customer must have installed the anybill app, which is available for download free of charge in the Apple App Store and on Google Play, on their smartphone.

No more chaos

The receipts are saved in the anybill app and can be called up with just one click for returns, exchanges or warranty services. In addition, the app creates a detailed overview of expenses based on the stored receipts. The digital receipts are also convincing when it comes to environmental friendliness: receipts are printed on thermal paper so that they do not fade so quickly. This contains environmentally harmful chemicals and, unlike waste paper, cannot be recycled again. With the document issuance obligation that came into force on 01.01.2020 in Germany, huge amounts of waste are generated. With the digital voucher solution, retailers can avoid this and handle the issuing of vouchers fully electronically.

Highest security

Personal data is well protected both in the retail software and in the anybill app: the ISO 27017 and ISO 27001 certified solutions meet the highest security standards and guarantee compliance with German data protection regulations.
