How can medium-sized companies improve their competitiveness? In addition to efficiency, why are agility and adaptability above all decisive for economic success today? What support can the business software play? And why does the technology platform play a decisive role in this?
The around 200 participants at the KUMAVISION customer forum in early May in Stuttgart received answers to these questions. A varied program awaited the participants from over 100 customers of KUMAVISION over two days: User groups on the industry solutions of KUMAVISION, numerous specialist lectures on current topics, trends and technologies related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365-Platform, panel discussions on the topic Cloud-Migration and the benefits of SaaS solutions. The event also offered numerous opportunities for mutual exchange and networking.

For the participants, the "experience world" of KUMAVISION was also the focus of interest. Using the example of a model company, the customers were able to run through numerous processes along the entire value chain themselves and learn about end-to-end integration and automation. It was used alongside Business Central as ERP software almost the entire Dynamics 365-Platform. The interaction was user-friendly via CRM solutions for sales, marketing and field service, the business intelligence application Power BI, Power Apps on a low-code basis, a seamlessly integrated web shop, online forms ....
The special feature: The world of experience was completely built with the standard applications of the Microsoft technology platform in connection with the industry solutions from KUMAVISION and showed impressively how companies can create sustainable added value for their business out-of-the-box with a short time-to-value. Of particular interest is the possibility of individually combining the applications of the Microsoft platform in order to be able to react flexibly and quickly to new requirements and to be able to easily implement new business models.
